Hand Made or Not? Thats the question you should ask before you pay premium prices for "so called hand made products".

Here at 'Cornish Meadow Preserves' we make all our products in batches of 25 to 27 jars per batch, each batch is made using traditional open preserving pans (we use stainless steel, not aluminum) we have no big bulk machines, and all the jars are also hand filled, hand washed, and finally hand labled, thats our definition of "Hand Made"

We suggest you check your supplier/producer before you make a purchase.

We have noticed recently, that there are some companies selling preserves at markets in Cornwall that are not made in the county, Cornish "Means Made in Cornwall" so beware!
