Well Summer!!! has gone and the winter is here, never mind its a great time for making our preserves, and with the cold nights ahead, what better than to sit in front of the fire with your favourite wine & cheese with some warming chilli jelly, of deep fry some king prawns and dip into our Thai Jelly.

We welcome comments regarding our products, and we always list any slight problems that are drawn to our attention here. We do not use any artificial ingredients in any of our preserves, which sometimes results in "soft set" the flavour is never impaired. Each batch is unique.
